Mr. Nzioki holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics. He is a curious, committed, and detail-oriented data analyst with a deep passion for making sense of data to tell stories that matter. He brings strong skills in data analysis, data visualisation, and digital survey programming, with hands-on experience in Data Management and Analysis, Dashboard Development, Questionnaire Scripting, Data Quality Checks, and Digital Data Collection.

He strongly believes in continuous learning, collaboration, and using data for reporting, learning, reflection, and action. Passionate about driving positive change, he currently supports education equity work at Usawa Agenda, helping transform raw data into actionable insights.

Previously, Mr. Nzioki served as a Research Consultant, contributing to the design of data tools, training enumerators, analysing results, and documenting datasets. He began his journey working on community-focused data projects, where he cleaned and analysed survey data, and developed dashboards.
